I have ALWAYS struggled with getting in a quality workout. Why? Maybe it’s lack of motivation, maybe it’s because Friends isn’t going to watch itself. Either way there is some room for improvement. Have you ever felt like you study hard, get good grades, have awesome friends and still can’t find a way to be completely happy? That was me! I had everything I wanted but somehow that wasn’t enough. A lot of the ideas I had for my happiness project came from the book The Happiness Equation by Neil Pasricha. Over the course of the semester I started my own happiness project/equation and I am so excited to share with you my experience through this blog post. Throughout the post you can expect to see some of the ways I changed my well being through tracking methods, goals that I completed and strategies I participated in.
Adapting as a College Student
Studying is one of the most important skills to develop before college. Your ability to study textbooks and written notes after classes and before exams determines how well you perform as a college student. Despite nearly twelve years of schooling before college, many of us never developed great study habits.
