Are you tired of constantly needing to nap, being thrown off by inconsistent sleep, finding yourself stressed out before bed, or just plain tired? If so, there’s a way to make changes in your sleeping habits to account for these problems. In this post I will demonstrate how you can structure your sleeping patterns in a way that promotes feeling great and performing successfully. If you have other goals or just view sleep with indifference, this post will awaken you to the importance of sleep and how it will even help with achieving your other goals in life. Only once you have winning sleeping habits can you win in life.
MANAGING STUDY TIME EFFECTIVELY
This blog post shows the skills for effective time management. The post discusses the skills I picked after reading the book, Organize Tomorrow Today, by Jason Selk, Tom Bartow, and Matthew Rudy which contained hints regarding effective time management. The post also shows how I employed the skills in managing time for classwork, exams and ultimately short and long term life goals. Tracking examples that I used are also included therein. The post then discusses the major takeaways and then recommends that students apply the time management skills discussed.
Motivation in the Mind of a Champion
Overall I had a very interesting time completing this assignment. Trying and implementing new strategies that you are not used to can be very challenging at the start, especially if it requires more effort than what you already do. Using concentration methods and motivation methods can really change your life when utilized correctly and that is my biggest takeaway from this assignment, I feel as though now I can accomplish anything I set my mind to with the use of these study methods.
