Say Yes to $aving Money

My project started by explaining the mechanism behind our brain’s decision-making process. After mentioning the different parts of the brain with their respective role, I introduced my Goal for the project. My primary goal being lowering my expenses to save more money. The first part of my project discussed about the causes of overspending, such as the ideology behind being good and giving oneself-permission to indulge, The Halo effect and lack of willpower. And subsequently I discussed about ways to prevent or hinder those effects in our brain. Some of the strategies I discussed include becoming the dopamine detective, the 10-minute rule and the willpower exercise. And Finally,as a conclusion I spared some tips we can use tohelp us make wise financial decisions.
