It’s no secret that college is not easy, and trying to maintain a health lifestyle and social life makes it even harder. This past couple of months I wanted change so I had to find a book that would tell me the steps. I found The Willpower Instinct by Kelly McGonigal, this book had so many exercises to try that would line up with my goal.
