For my final project, I read the book The Productivity Project by Chris Bailey and used the tips and strategies mentioned in the book to implement into my life. My goal for this project was to learn to manage my time better so that I could balance school, extracurricular activities as well as make time for myself as well as to beat procrastination. While reading the book a few strategies stood out to me that would help me to accomplish these goals; these being the rule of3 and allocating stricter time constraints on daily tasks and the 30 minute technology detox. For three weeks I sought out to implement these strategies and ultimately accomplish my goals.

My course project is in a blog post format. It details my experiences in utilizing concepts such as peaking my productivity and living in my calendar as suggested in the book InstantFocus. I offer insight on how being more accountable of oneself can provide tremendous benefit in the accomplishment of goals. I discuss how my life was prior to not using these strategies, and howI feel it has changed for the better. I then give my takeaway, and recommend others to improve their own lives using the strategies I have.
