As a second-year student, I have pretty much gotten my study habits down pat. As for actually having a productive and timely manner to get things done and not having to RIP my hair out over how many assignments I have piled up, I may have a problem.
How I hacked my habits—and how you can too
In this project, I set out to become a better studier. I did this by developing good habits and a good routine. The book Hack Your Habits was a big help to me in pursuing these goals. The time tracking website/app “toggl” was used for most of my goal tracking.
To Be Perfectly Imperfect
I would like to define the true meaning of perfectionism, my experience in life being a perfectionist, and that ways I used strategies in “The Joy of Imperfection” to overcome my perfectionism.
Tidy-Ho
This project is about learning to track your organization until it becomes a habit. My goal for this project was to quantify my organization tasks to see how efficient I could being in three related, but different activities. I chose my activities based on the busy schedule I’ve had this semester, so it very much relates to my practices in an academic setting, but these skills can easily be translated out to any habit you want to create.
