Have you ever felt like you study hard, get good grades, have awesome friends and still can’t find a way to be completely happy? That was me! I had everything I wanted but somehow that wasn’t enough. A lot of the ideas I had for my happiness project came from the book The Happiness Equation by Neil Pasricha. Over the course of the semester I started my own happiness project/equation and I am so excited to share with you my experience through this blog post. Throughout the post you can expect to see some of the ways I changed my well being through tracking methods, goals that I completed and strategies I participated in.
Adapting as a College Student
